As a joyful, movement-loving, and creative duo, our vision is to bring dreams to life and to create spaces together with you that touch, move, and connect.
The Wild Naya "SUMMER” Academy is a true passion project for us - a vibrant fusion of traditional crafts, art, handpan workshops, jam sessions, music, movement, nature, and magical encounters.
Here, you can play, dance, listen, laugh - and feel deeply.
We're absolutely thrilled to welcome you to this new version - with even more nature, sound, attention to detail, and heartfelt connections.

WILD NAYA HANDPAN ACADEMY -
The WILD NAYA ACADEMY is back – more vibrant, clearer and more powerful than ever.
We feel reborn and are thrilled to present the new version of the WILD NAYA ACADEMY .
An academy that is more than an event – it is a space for genuine encounters, courageous experimentation, profound experiences and shared growth.
A special opportunity will open up for 100-120 people this coming year:
Immerse yourself together for five to seven days – in a new form of learning, experiencing, and being.
We are not a festival.
We are a community that inspires, listens to, and supports each other – regardless of your current level .
Here you can arrive, let go and rediscover yourself.
After many large events and holding larger venues, we now invite you to a more intimate, deeper setting – a magical historical place in Belgium. A place just for us.
We deliberately chose a location that offers spaces that provide both protection and spaciousness, regardless of the weather .
A place with a natural swimming pond, ancient trees that tell stories – and the best vegetarian food Belgium has to offer.
You can choose:
70 beds in the seminar house (Castle & other rooms)
Or you can bring your tent or campervan and spend the night in nature.

We were there ourselves, we listened, we felt – and we knew: This is the place where the Academy deserves to be. Every year.

Afterwards, friends kept asking me if I had learned a lot - to which I mostly said no. BECAUSE: For me, the focus wasn't on learning itself, but on soaking up all the impulses and approaches the different teachers shared with us.
It was mostly colourful, vibrant, and truly impressive! Now comes the real learning - when I pick out the impulses that resonate with me and dive deeper into them.

YEAH! I've just bought my ticket and I'm already looking forward to another incredibly beautiful Handpan Academy week - learning from the world's best players, listening to their concerts, jamming with other handpan players, laughing, having a wonderful time, enjoying delicious vegan food, soaking up the amazing energy… and WNY is so much more.

Highlight of my Summer!
WNY 2023 was the highlight of my summer! I have been practicing handpan nearly daily for 2-3 hours since then and I have signed up for Kabecao's pantam residence in Portugal! Handpan has become a huge part of my life because of WNY! I look forward to bringing my whole family to the next edition so they can experience the magic you created!

Ich habe gerade das Ticket gekauft und freue mich jetzt schon wieder auf eine unglaublich schöne Handpan Academy Woche, von den besten Spielern der Welt lernen, Ihren Konzerten lauschen, mit anderen Handpanspielern jammen, lachen, eine tolle Zeit verbringen, leckeres veganen Essen, tolle Energie.....und WNY ist noch so viel mehr.

HANDPAN SUMMER ACADEMY 2024

We are a child- and family-friendly event. Supporting young talents and giving parents the opportunity to live their dreams is incredibly important to us. We offer discounted tickets for teenagers (12-18 years, including workshops) and children (2-12 years), which include five hours of childcare with a fun programme, creative time, and a variety of kids' workshops (excluding the main workshops). This gives you the chance to experience the WNY Handpan Academy adventure together as a family. Even if you're not a handpan player, our diverse programme - with countless workshops on music, dance, health, movement, crafts, and creativity - is sure to inspire you!
